Another topic I'm going to talk about is the dangers in America and the safest in America. Well then I'm going to start with the top 5 safest well before I give you the names of these states whats the first thing that comes to mind. Is it better in the south or the north that a good question. Who has the best educated states or the smarter states. Does temperature effect the way people act I don't know about you but drug dealers don't sell in the cold. Gangs are more likely out in the summer. Which state has the most amount of ethnic group that get along he goes the list for safest states.
